At Speed Cleaning™, we stand behind our professional-grade tools and eco-friendly supplies; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
